Lucianna Picetskei – Nursery Manager / SENCo / DSL / First Aider
Lucianna is qualified to Level 6 Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and has excellent knowledge of childcare, learning and development. She is also the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at Sticky Faces Nursery.
“I have worked in early years for over 20 years and joined Sticky Faces Nursery in March 2023. I am passionate about early childhood education and give children the tools they need to be resilient, independent and enthusiastic learners. I am also trained and experienced in supporting young children and their families with additional needs. As a DSL, I have a duty to protect and safeguard children in our nursery and promote a safe and happy environment for everyone!”
Melissa Peroune – Early Years Educator / Fire Marshal / First Aider (on maternity leave)
Training– Level 3 Childcare, Paediatric first aid, Phonics and early speech sounds training and Safeguarding training.

Dlnya Al-Talabani – Deputy Manager / DSL / Early Years Educator / Fire Marshall / First Aider
Dlnya is qualified to Level 3 Early Years Educator and has been at Sticky Faces Nursery since 2019 when she joined the setting as a volunteer! She is passionate, fun and a super role model. Dlnya holds a Paediatric first aid and is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). She has excellent bonds with parents and the children in the setting and is a great communicator. Dlnya is our ‘can do’ lady in the setting and is always coming up with new ideas and activities that the children love!

I also like being super creative and having attention to detail and bringing that ‘wow’ factor to our nursery through exciting activities, play and games. I enjoy shopping and spending time with my daughter in my spare time.”
Beena Raza – Early Years Educator / First Aider
Beena is qualified to Level 3 Early Years Educator and has been at Sticky Faces Nursery since May 2022 when she joined the nursery as an apprentice. Beena has worked hard and has gone on to achieve her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and is a great asset to the team.
Beena works really well with our younger children!

Saida Haydar – Early Years Educator / First Aider
Saida is our full-time Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator that looks after our preschool and school readiness programme for the children going off to school in the next year. She also has a great knowledge of Safeguarding Children and first aid.

Rebecca Laming – Trainee Level 3 Early Years Educator / First Aider / SEND Support Worker
Becky has been a part of the Sticky Faces Nursery team since March 2023 and began her journey with the setting as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice and SEND Support Worker. Becky is a fun loving and bubbly character who really becomes an active part of the children’s learning and enjoys their achievements as much as they do!

I am back at work and extremely excited to study Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. I also support children with special educational needs to strive and learn in an inclusive and nurturing environment.”
Channa Luke – Trainee Level 6 Early Years Teaching Status / First Aider
Channah is very knowledgeable in early years as she did a BA in Early Childhood Education at the University of West London. Channah joined the Sticky Faces family in June 2023 and is super professional and friendly. She loves being with the preschoolers and loves sharing her passion for education by providing appropriate activities in the early year’s curriculum.
